Who runs Gamp

Gamp is operated by Gamp Gaming LLC, a company registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) under trade licence number 62765, at IFZA Business Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The IFZA registration is a business licence, not a gaming licence. No UAE gaming licence is claimed. These terms are an agreement between you and Gamp Gaming LLC. By signing in, depositing or entering a round you accept them; if you do not, do not use Gamp.

Who may play

You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Each person may use one wallet on Gamp. You may not play if you are a resident of, or located in, any of these places: the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Ontario (Canada), the United Arab Emirates, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. You may not play if you or your wallet are subject to sanctions.

Do not use a VPN, proxy or anything else to hide where you are. Gamp may block access from any place, ask where you are, and close an account that breaks these rules. Whether you may play also depends on the law where you live: a working website or a connected wallet does not mean it is allowed there.

Your balance and custody

Gamp is a custodial service. The USDC you deposit sits in a wallet Gamp controls, and your balance is a record in Gamp’s ledger, not money held in escrow on Solana. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and is not covered by any deposit guarantee. If Gamp’s wallet or systems were compromised, or Gamp stopped operating, you could lose your balance.

Deposit only native USDC on Solana, sent from the wallet you sign in with: Gamp credits each finalized transfer to the wallet that signed it. A transfer of another token, on another network or from an exchange may not be credited, and any recovery is at Gamp’s discretion. Withdrawals go only to your signed-in wallet, within the limits shown on your account page; Gamp pays the network fee. A withdrawal can be held while Gamp reconciles its records or reviews it for security.

How rounds work

Each round asks what a published reading will be. You enter with one pick, paying the entry price from your Gamp balance (topped up from your wallet when it is short); an accepted entry cannot be cancelled, and picks are public as soon as they are accepted. The closest pick wins the pot, ties going to the earlier entry, and Gamp keeps the fee shown on the round. A round with no result, or nobody to rank, or where only one player entered the round (refunded when entries close), is refunded without a fee. Labeled house bots and Gamp’s own free picks can appear in rounds; neither can ever win. The fairness page sets out scoring, fees, payouts, refunds and house play in full, and forms part of these terms.

Results

Results come only from the sources named in each round’s rules, read by Gamp’s software, and the evidence is published on the round. Gamp does not choose winners. If a source is unavailable or never publishes a qualifying reading, the round follows its refund rule. If a source corrects its data, or Gamp’s software misread it, Gamp may hold the round, settle it from the source’s data and publish what changed.

Posting on Gamp

Theses and comments are public and tied to your wallet. Players who have entered a round can comment. No links, @handles or wallet addresses; no spam, harassment, impersonation or offers to send or receive money. A post is a player's opinion, not financial advice, and Gamp does not check it. A post that three players report is hidden until the operator reviews it, and the operator may hide any post that breaks these rules.

What you may not do

Do not cheat or collude with other players, use more than one wallet, run scripts that strain the service, impersonate anyone, or use Gamp to move money from crime or around sanctions. Do not try to break into Gamp or exploit a fault: report it instead. A balance credited by mistake may be corrected.

Suspending or closing an account

Gamp may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. You may stop using Gamp at any time: withdraw your balance and ask the operator to close your account. When an account closes, its available balance is sent to its signed-in wallet unless the law requires otherwise. Gamp may pause entries, deposits or withdrawals for maintenance or reconciliation; requests already made stay recorded.

Risks

You can lose every entry you make. Results can be delayed by source outages. Solana can be congested or down, and the issuer of USDC can freeze USDC. Nothing on Gamp, including posts, rankings and figures, is financial advice.

Limits of liability

Gamp is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Gamp is not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and its total liability to you is limited to your balance plus the entry prices of your open entries. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

Gamp may change these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. Using Gamp after a change means you accept it. An entry always settles under the round rules shown when it was accepted.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Contact the operator first; if a dispute is not settled within 30 days, the courts of Dubai decide it.
